Research Week abstract submissions

The portal to submit your abstracts for Research Week is open! Submit your abstracts to be presented in poster or oral sessions here. The deadline to submit is Friday, March 20.

Poster presentations will be in-person on Monday, May 4, 2026, in the BICC. Oral presentations will be throughout the days Monday, May 4, and Tuesday, May 5, in the OHSU Auditorium side rooms.

Poster dimensions should be no larger than 36" by 48". We are not able to assist with printing costs this year.

All presenters have the option of including their abstract in the OHSU Library Institutional Repository.

Abstracts are limited to 300 words. One abstract is allowed per person. Submissions must have a connection to OHSU via author, mentor, or other avenue.

School of Nursing abstract submissions

If you are affiliated with the School of Nursing, please use this link to submit your abstract to the SoN Research Day Planning Committee. This link is ONLY for School of Nursing students who are presenting a poster on SoN Research Day, Wednesday, May 6. 

It is not recommended that School of Nursing students also submit an abstract for the general Research Week poster session. 

Only School of Nursing students should use this link to submit their abstracts for SoN Research Day.
