Abstract submissions

The portal to submit an abstract for poster or oral presentations at Research Week 2026 will open in mid-January. The deadline to submit an abstract will be in mid-March.

Poster presentations will be in-person on Monday, May 4, 2026, in the BICC. Oral presentations will be throughout the days Monday, May 4, and Tuesday, May 5, in the Old Library.

Poster dimensions should be no larger than 36" by 48". We are not able to assist with printing costs this year.

All presenters have the option of including their abstract in the OHSU Library Institutional Repository.

Abstracts are limited to 300 words. One abstract is allowed per person. Submissions must have a connection to OHSU via author, mentor, or other avenue.
