OHSU Hernia and Abdominal Wall Fellowship
Fellowship Description
Oregon Health & Science University offers a 1-year hernia and abdominal wall reconstruction clinical training fellowship and is currently seeking a fellow for the 2027-2028 academic year.
The fellowship is a fully funded training opportunity that provides clinical experience in a wide variety of abdominal wall and hernia pathology including ventral and inguinal hernias, atypical hernias, abdominal wall reconstruction techniques, groin pain evaluation, fistula management, and mesh decision making/science. The experience will include both open and robotic platforms, with the fellow completing ~300 cases/year.

The application process opens December 1, 2025 with a deadline of February 1, 2026. Interview invites will be sent out by the end of February 2026. The OSHU fellowship offer will proceed the Fellowship Council MIS match.
