🌿 Gentle Yoga for Wellness 🌿

Join us for a Gentle Yoga session designed especially for individuals living with arthritis, lupus, and other rheumatologic conditions.
These 50-minute classes focus on slow, mindful movements, deep breathing, and guided relaxation to help improve flexibility, reduce stiffness, and support overall well-being. All levels and abilities are welcome—whether you’re brand-new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, you’ll find a safe and supportive space here.

Research shows that gentle movement can ease pain, enhance mobility, and improve mental health. Come as you are—no special equipment needed, just comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, and a small blanket.
Please, remember to register below for day of class you want to join, and follow the flyer directions on how to access free parking and the yoga room.
