Qualifications

Interested candidates should have conferred an MHA/MHSA/MBA/MPH/related degree from an accredited (CAHME/AUPHA preferred) program by June of the following application window. Candidates in their final year where a formal residency/fellowship is required will also be considered. Additionally, prospective fellows should exhibit the following qualities and behaviors:

  • Desire to be challenged at a high level
  • Flexible and comfortable with both autonomous and team-based efforts
  • Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity
  • Service oriented
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • High level of energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm
  • Interest in the management and operation of an academic medical center
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States of America

  • Apply for the OHSU Administrative Fellowship through NAFCAS (Opens June 09, 2023) 
  • Application Deadline: September 29, 2023
  • Selection Announcement: October/November 2023
  • Fellowship Term: July 2024 - June 2025
