Application Details and Requirements
Interested candidates should have conferred an M.H.A., M.H.S.A., M.B.A., M.P.H. related degree from an accredited (CAHME or AUPHA preferred) program by June of the following application window. Candidates in their final year where a formal residency/fellowship is required will also be considered. Additionally, prospective fellows should exhibit the following qualities and behaviors:
- Desire to be challenged at a high level
- Flexible and comfortable with both autonomous and team-based efforts
- Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity
- Service oriented
- Excellent written and communication skills
- High level of energy, curiosity, and enthusiasm
- Interest in the management and operation of an academic medical center
- Must be eligible to work in the United States of America
Timeline
- Apply for the OHSU Administrative Fellowship through the National Administrative Fellowship Centralized Application Service (NAFCAS).
- Fellowship Term: July 2027-June 2028
