Arie Baratt

Biography

Dr. Baratt started his career as a physicist and received his Ph.D. in physics from the University of Pittsburgh. Later his research interest shifted towards computational biology. His research is focused on mathematical modeling of biological processes on different scales, and on computational and machine learning approaches for high-throughput and high dimensional omics data. His areas of expertise include dynamic modeling, statistics, machine learning, numerical methods, and multivariate analysis of omics data.
