Trofile DNA Coreceptor Tropism Assay

1. Unlike the standard Trofile Coreceptor Tropism Assay, which uses viral RNA found in the plasma of patients with viral loads of >/= 1,000 copies/mL, Trofile DNA uses viral DNA extracted from cells in a whole blood draw. Once this viral information is obtained, Trofile DNA runs on the same clinically validated platform as Trofile.
2. For patients with undetectable viral loads.
