ALS & Neuromuscular Disease Center
The ALS and Neuromuscular Disease Center at Oregon Health & Science University provides diagnosis and treatment for people with muscle and peripheral nerve disorders (disorders of the nerves away from the brain and spinal cord).
As part of the OHSU Brain Institute, we bring together experts from all areas of medicine at OHSU for your neuromuscular therapy and ALS treatment. Our team includes neurologists, a clinical nurse manager, pulmonary consultants, augmentative speech specialists, voice and swallowing specialists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, dieticians and orthotists.
Our team streamlines referrals by sharing information with primary care physicians, case managers, insurance companies and healthcare institutions throughout Oregon, the Pacific Northwest and the United States.
