The Physician Consult & Referral Service is available to provide you and your staff assistance with:
- Referrals or consults with any OHSU or Doernbecher specialist or service
- Referral process – including online referral forms
- Information about your patients who have been admitted to OHSU
- Patient appointment verification
- Help desk for OHSU Connect, our secure EMR web portal for referring providers
- Information about any healthcare program, clinical trial or educational opportunity
- Other resources such as maps, directories, physician CVs, and patient education materials
- A direct link to our Transfer Center

OHSU Provider Relations Managers are your personal contact with OHSU and are dedicated to keeping you connected to the clinical programs and staff at OHSU. They can assist you with:

- Assistance with scheduling your patient with an OHSU specialist
- Enrollment and training for OHSU Connect
- Information on clinical trials

- Updates regarding upcoming CME educational events, including Grand Rounds
