We offer two fellowships designed to train the next generation of gastroenterologists and hepatologists.

Culture and benefits
We want work to be a warm, collegial and collaborative place. Our leaders demonstrate the values of equity and inclusion, which you’ll find across the School of Medicine and OHSU.
We offer generous and competitive employee benefits, and we prioritize a work-life balance that allows us to take advantage of all that the Portland area and greater Pacific Northwest have to offer.
Community impact
The Al and Sonia Ryckman Fund provides educational opportunities for gastroenterology and hepatology fellows.
We support our community as well. Our clinical trials offer Oregonians the opportunity to access novel therapies and treatments they wouldn’t be able to get anywhere else. And we support and offer training to gastroenterologists and hepatologists who care for patients in Oregon, Washington and Idaho.
