AMC Analysis Modules:

  • Affymetrix Microarray Core User Workshop
  • Gene Microarray Shared Resource User's Forum
  • Tools for Pathway Analysis with Microarray Data
  • Affymetrix Microarray Core User Workshop: This 2-hour workshop will focus on the use of Affymetrix GeneChip arrays for gene expression analysis. We will cover array design, data formats, and Affymetrix expression analysis algorithms. We will also cover data quality control procedures employed in the AMC and provide a brief overview of post-assay data analysis steps and software options. The workshop is designed to assist investigators in understanding and interpreting the microarray data provided to them by the Core and is being presented by AMC staff.
