Experience: Dr. Leigland received her Ph.D. from Oregon Health & Science University with a Ph.D. in Behavioral Neuroscience in 2012. The focus of her thesis was "MRI detection of early-stage cerebral cortical abnormalities caused by fetal exposure to alcohol". She is currently a postdoctoral trainee on the National Institute on Aging Training Grant at OHSU and an affiliate scientist with AIRC.
