The Office of Protocol and Events offers many services that are available to your department, organization or your school. Although most of our staff work directly with the university departments to help them achieve their goals in event management and presentation, we offer auxiliary support services to help your event run smoothly.

Events Planning at OHSU
The Office of Protocol and Events designs, produces and manages impeccable events for our internal and external clients such as corporate gathering, fundraisers, CME conferences, political visits, movie and photo shoots, lectures, internal gatherings and even weddings.
Filming at OHSU
The OHSU campus and Aerial Tram is a beautiful venue for filming and photography. The Office of Protocol and Events will help arrange access and help coordinate the proper forms and permissions.
