The Healthy Advocates Club is now open to current Linkage Project participants and to individuals who are interested in participating in the Linkage Project. The Healthy Advocates club is led by peer mentors with disabilities. Participants of the Healthy Advocates Club have the opportunity to talk about their health-related goals with other club members, as well as peer mentors.
