-
Tumor boards: We offer more than a dozen multidisciplinary tumor boards to make sure that your patient benefits from the expertise of an entire team.
-
We have the Portland area's only breast cancer tumor board that reviews patient scans and pathology before the patient's first appointment.
-
Two tumor boards focus on pancreatic cancer patients. At one, doctors discuss patients one by one to develop treatment recommendations. At the other, doctors and researchers hunt for options at the molecular level for individual patients.
-
Our pediatric services include tumor boards for both neuro-oncology and hematology patients.
-
-
Cancer registries: The Knight Cancer Institute cancer registries collect information and, in some cases, blood and tissue samples on patients diagnosed with cancer. These databases and repositories provide powerful tools for improving treatment and clinical outcomes.
