The 2017 IDD Transition Fair
Saturday, May 20th from 1:00pm - 4:00pm
The Institute on Development and Disability (IDD) at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) would like to invite you to our 4th annual Transition Fair: Passport to a Healthy Future. This free event emphasizes a holistic approach to adolescent transition for young people (ages 12-26) who experience disability. This event will feature transition resources from community vendors, as well as a series of presentations for individuals, families, and providers.
This event will provide:
- Education on important transition topics related to transitioning into adulthood
- Access to community resources
- Connections with service providers and community programs for transitioning youth
- Information on health and wellness resources for youth and families
The IDD Transition Fair will take place on Saturday, May 20th, 2017 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm at the Glencoe High School Gymnasium located at 2700 NW Glencoe Rd. Hillsboro, OR 97214. There will be free accessible parking.
1:00pm: Doors Open/Check-In
1:00pm – 4:00pm: Vendor Fair
2:00pm – 3:00pm: Presentations
3:30pm – 4:00pm: Evaluations
