Our physician-supervised exercise and education program is tailored to meet your individual needs - whether you’ve had a heart attack, surgery, cardiac procedure or have congenital heart disease. Dr. Michael Shapiro is medical director of OHSU’s Cardiac Rehabilitation program and is a board certified cardiologist with sub-specialty board certifications in Lipidology (cholesterol) and Cardiovascular Computed Tomography (CT).
Cardiac support group
Join us the first Thursday of every month, from 4:30 - 6 p.m. to meet people affected by heart disease and learn about cardiac health in a caring, welcoming environment.
Stress reduction class
Mindfulness is a powerful complement to therapy or medical treatment and has proven to help health conditions including heart disease and chronic pain.
