What makes Perlane different is the average size of the particles and the depth of the injection. On average, the gel particles in Perlane are larger than those in Restylane, which makes Perlane a good choice for wrinkles that benefit from a deeper injection into the skin.

Juvederm
Juvederm is a smooth consistency, hyaluronic acid gel dermal filler that helps to instantly restore your skin's volume and smooth away facial wrinkles and folds like your "smile lines" or "parentheses" (nasolabial folds) —the creases that run from the bottom of your nose to the corners of your mouth). In the United States, Juvederm is indicated for correction of moderate to severe facial wrinkles and folds (such as nasolabial folds).
