OHSU Healthcare Education Services provides many services including the following:
- Coordinates new employee orientation
- Provides Epic training
- Delivers mandatory education
- Provides ANCC contact hours
- Coordinates student placement for contracted schools
The Student Placement Coordinator provides the following services:
- Oversees all nursing student placements
- Keeps the Student Max placements accurate
- Approves placements for re-entry and out-of-state students
- Communicates training, education, and processes required before starting the clinical placement
