Biography:
Dr. Morgan has garnered a reputation as being a leading instructor in classical and molecular radiobiology of the past two decades. Dr. Morgan is currently the Director of Radiation Biology & Biophysics in the Biological Sciences Division of the Pacific Northwest National Laboratories. He serves as the PI for U.S. Department of Energy's Low Dose Radiation Scientific Focus Area Program at PNNL.
