Special Interest

My clinical nurse role centers on the care of patients with head and neck malignancies.

Cancer Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider, Oncology Nursing Society (ONS)

I began my work with OHSU/Knight Cancer Institute as an inpatient nurse with the Center for Hematologic Malignancies, Bone Marrow/Stem Cell Transplant unit in 2007. In 2012, I was fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to join the nursing team with OHSU’s Radiation Medicine Department.

In my hours away from clinic work, I am an active volunteer with The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA). I participate in activities centered around diet and nutrition education, and serve as part of the medical staff for the CCFA Children’s camp, Camp Oasis, for one week each summer.

My husband and teenage son are my personal cheerleaders: they feed my heart, soul, and body to help me stay so active with my career as a nurse.
