Infant Safety and CPR Class

New parents and caregivers: be prepared!

Learn Infant CPR

This class offers hands-on training in infant CPR and choking. Learn how to perform rescue breathing, CPR and choking maneuvers for infants birth to 12 months using the latest American Heart Association guidelines.

During this classroom-based course, our instructors offer video-based lessons and works with participants to complete their CPR skills practice. The course is taught by certified a certified AHA BLS instructor and is designed for those who want to learn CPR and do not require certification.

Infant Safety

Learn how to avoid injuries and keep your baby safe at home, in the car and everywhere you go. Topics include infant safety, development and injury prevention as it pertains to car seat safety, childproofing the home, poison prevention, general safety issues, SIDS awareness and the Back to Sleep Program.

Class Fee: $80 per couple
Class Time: Wednesday 6 - 9 p.m.  or  Saturday 1 - 4 p.m.
