Childbirth Classes
Our classes can help you through your pregnancy, your baby's first year and beyond.
The goal is to complete all prenatal classes at least one month before delivery. We recommend registering for classes in your fourth month of your pregnancy. Let us know if you need special accommodations to participate.
If class dates are unavailable, please contact us to be placed on a wait list.

For moms with babies 0-6 months of age

Facilitated by an OHSU Childbirth Educator, topics will include newborn care, breastfeeding, coping strategies, ongoing recovery and more. More
