Biography
Dr. Rugge received his medical degree and master's degree in public health from Yale University. He completed residencies in family medicine and general preventive medicine/public health at OHSU. He is board certified in family medicine and general preventive medicine/public health. He enjoys caring for a wide spectrum of individuals and practices the full scope of family medicine, including maternity care. He has a special interest in procedures that can be done in the office setting. He enjoys a variety of outdoor activities, including skiing, hiking and canoeing.
