Women's Leadership Conference

How can we actively engage communities to affect change?

The fifth annual conference will be held on Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2018, from noon to 6 p.m. in the OHSU Auditorium.

Join WAM for an afternoon of conversation, inspiration, and networking as we discuss how to engage in communities to create change. Whether we are looking to affect policy, connect with the public, or tell our story to new stakeholders, this conference will help develop the tools and inspiration to make change.

The conference will kick off with lively lunch discussions on topics including resiliency, career success and personal happiness, faculty promotion, how to build a mentorship program, and more. Oregon State Senator Elizabeth Steiner Hayward, M.D., will be the keynote speaker. A panel discussion, breakout activities and the annual awards will also be presented. The day will close with a happy hour from 5 to 6 p.m.
