Faculty Supervision:

Every experience in the residency training program is closely supervised by members of the primary or clinical faculty. While there is considerable variability in the quantity of supervision from one clinical experience to another, all rotations provide at least one hour per week. In addition, supervision is also provided for resident experiences in individual, family and group psychotherapy. A major goal of the program is to encourage an open interaction between faculty and residents and to foster the development of close personal and professional relationships.
