Kenneth C Liu, M.D. — Interventional NeuroradiologyLIU_K

Dr. Liu is completing a 2-year fellowship in interventional neuroradiology with Dr. Stanley Barnwell. Dr. Liu joined Neurological Surgery in July 2001 as Intern in General Surgery. In June 2008 he completed his neurosurgical residency at OHSU. His hobbies are varied, including taekwondo, rock climbing, internet authoring, skiing, and hiking. He plays piano, flute, drums and bass guitar.

Justin Cetas, M.D., Ph.D. — Skull Base Surgery

Justin Cetas

Dr. Cetas joined neurological surgery in July 2009 as an instructor in skull base surgery. In June 2009 he completed his neurosurgical residency at OHSU. His particular interests include functional neurosurgery and epilepsy surgery. He enjoys many outdoor activities, including rock climbing and sailing.

Dibyendu Ray, M.Ch. — Stereotactic and Functional NeurosurgeryRay_web

Dibyendu Ray, M.B.B.S., M.S., M.Ch. joined neurological surgery as an instructor in functional and stereotactic neurosurgery in August 2008. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery (M.B.B.S.) from the University of Calcutta, Calcutta, India, a master’s in general surgery, from the University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, India and a postdoctoral degree in neurosurgery (M.Ch.) from the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research, Chandigarh, Chandigarh, India. In 2007, he spent a year as a radiosurgery fellow in the Department of Neurosurgery, University of Virginia in Charlottesville. His neurosurgical interests include functional and stereotactic neurosurgery. More specifically, Dr. Ray is interested in epilepsy and movement disorder surgical training, which is presently not available in India. 

Diaa Bahgat M.D. — Stereotactic and Functional Neurosurgery 

Diaa Bahgat M.D. joined neurological surgery as an instructor in functional and stereotactic neurosurgery in December 2008.  He obtained a bachelor degree of medicine and surgery and a medical degree from Kaser Al Anni Medical School, Cairo University and completed neurosurgcial residency at Cairo University Hospitals. In 2007, he spent a year as a spine fellow in the Department of Neurological Surgery, Wayne Sate University, Detroit, Mich. He is presently a lecturer of neurosurgery at Fayoum University, Egypt. His neurosurgical interests include functional and stereotactic neurosurgery.
