Practice description:  The Mid-level Practitioner provides primary and urgent care making independent clinical decisions with consultation and collaboration with SphereMD physicians.

Practice description:  Join a progressive and energetic private practice in Oregon's Columbia River Gorge. The practice consists of 2 surgeons, one full time PA, one part time PA, and one part time office MD. Offices are located in The Dalles, Hood River, and White Salmon. Practice description:  Practice size is currently 10 physicians, 3 NPs, 3 PAs, and 75 staff. Single specialty group.

Duties & Responsibilities: Need a full-time pediatric PA. 3 to 4 days a week, 6 hours a day, average 32 hours a week. The clinic hours are 8am to 8pm. They work in two shifts – 8am to 2pm and 2pm to 8pm. Number of patients seen a day is 20 to 25, about 4 per hour. No call. Ability to speak Spanish would be nice, but not necessary.
