Mark Richardson Interprofessional Simulation Center (MRISC)

The Robertson Life Sciences Building (RLSB) provides a unique and exciting venue for research and learning. The RLSB was built as a joint effort between Portland State University, Oregon State University and Oregon Health and Science University to stimulate learning and research across a wide range of learners.

Situated in the heart of downtown Portland on the South waterfront, the RLSB makes an ideal location for conferences and educational training with small, medium, large conference rooms and atrium spaces with high-end video technology. The facility has hotels and restaurants nearby and is easily accessible by bus, tram, streetcar and there MAX train transportation from the airport. This setting provides an ideal context to support a full range of simulation education, training and research events.

The Mark Richardson Interprofessional Simulation Center has two floors as follows, with flexibility and multi-use capabilities key principles within its design.
