Allergy and Immunology Fellowship

Program Overview

The OHSU Fellowship training program aims to develop leaders within the field of Allergy and Immunology through expert clinical and research training. We offer extensive clinical experiences in both the academic and community practice setting with the understanding that each fellow has their own goals and ambitions for their career. We are committed to providing a personalized training experience for each fellow which includes an emphasis on innovation, diversity, inclusion, and social responsibility. 

We strive to provide a well-rounded experience for our trainees by emphasizing adult and pediatric are equally as well as utilizing the Burghardt Food Allergy Center, CLEAR Eczema Center and various Multidisciplinary Clinics as important training opportunities. Trainees will spend time at OHSU Clinics, OHSU Hospital on Marquam Hill, Doernbecher Children's Hospital, and the Portland VA Medical Center, which are all found on a single campus. 

The educational program is based on curriculum, mentorship and experiences in a variety of settings including: 

  • Outpatient Adult Allergy and Immunology Clinic at OHSU and the VA Medical Center 
  • Outpatient Pediatric Allergy and Immunology Clinic 
  • Inpatient Adult and Pediatric Consultation Services 
  • Conferences 
  • Research laboratory
