The Faculty Development Summit convenes faculty development stakeholders from across OHSU School of Medicine departments and institutes for a day of peer-to-peer learning, discussion, discovery and planning.

This year’s Summit will feature 21 faculty development programs and initiatives from across 17 departments and groups. Session topics include:

  • Mentorship
  • Onboarding and Orientation
  • Well-being and Professional Development
  • Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
  • Faculty Skill Building
  • Coaching
  • Faculty Development Scholarship and Evaluation
  • Promotion and Tenure

All faculty or staff responsible for planning and administering faculty development initiatives and supporting faculty members’ career development are encouraged to attend.
