The personal information you submit to this site will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to anyone in any form, for any purposes, at any time. The OHSU Blood-Brain Barrier Program has arranged with the OHSU Foundation to manage the registration and credit card payments for the annual meeting.

Credit Card & Payment Information

If you choose to pay using PayPal's secure server, your personal and credit card information will be encrypted before it is transmitted over the Internet. This means that data cannot be read by others as it travels through the Internet. Once the financial transaction is completed, your encrypted personal information, is not stored on any server at our site.

Your credit card will be charged as soon as the transaction is verified. The purchase will show up on your statement as OHSU BBB Program MTG. 

Refund Policy

We will refund your registration fee and issue a credit to your credit card account if you find you cannot attend the meeting after registering. Please call or email the meeting coordinator at least two weeks before the meeting. If you have reserved a guest room, you will need to contact the facility yourself to cancel your reservation.

In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must first notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. Under US Federal Law, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges
