Student Inclusion and Success Coordinators

The role of Student Inclusion & Success Coordinators (SISCs) at the School of Nursing is important and integral to the academic mission. Our primary responsibility is to recruit and retain students of underrepresented groups while also fostering a welcoming and inclusive campus environment. The SISCs have an important role in guiding and supporting current and prospective students and fostering diversity in the student community and the healthcare workforce. They work closely with OHSU and other community partners to create an inclusive and welcoming campus environment.
