Personnel

George Thomas, MD, is a board-certified anatomic pathologist with expertise in urologic pathology and translational research. Dr. Thomas is experienced in multiple components of molecular pathology, to include biomarker development and validation, image analysis, immunohistochemistry, immunoflorescence and fluorescence in situ hybridization.


Carolyn Gendron is a certified Histotechnologist with over 20 years of experience in tissue embedding, sectioning, use of the cryostat, the performance of special stains, and immunohistochemistry. She has worked in the Shared Resource since 2000.  

Kerri Forquer is a Senior Research Assistant and a new addition to the Shared Resource laboratory. She has experience in performing immunohistochemistry, tissue embedding, sectioning and use of the cryostat.
