Classes & Workshops

Research Administration Training & Education (RATE) coordinates a number of courses for the OHSU research community. Two general categories are Essentials for beginners and those looking to refresh or update their skills, and Beyond the Basics for intermediate learners. For additional learning opportunities, Related Training points to additional learning opportunities relevent to our mission although coordinated outside of the RATE program.

Essentials of Grant Administration

This curriculum is centered on the core proficiencies needed for administration of federally funded grants at OHSU. Learn more

 

Beyond the Basics

These courses take research administration training to the next level with in-depth exploration of core concerns in pre and post-award administration. Included is an array of workshops to help navigate the complexities inherent in research administration. Learn more

A number of groups within OHSU coordinate training within and relating to the research mission, from courses within RDA units to the offerings of our Center for Workplace Enhancement. Learn more
