As of January 1, 2013, all proposals submitted through Research Grants and Contracts require submission of an Electronic Proposed Project Questionnaire (ePPQ) in InfoEd. This Word version of the PPQ is to be used for industry funded contracts and unfunded protocols submitted for review by the IRB. Visit the ePPQ Questions page to learn more.

All animal orders or transfers must be placed through our Animal Acquisitions Specialist. Investigators may not directly order or make delivery arrangements without DCM approval. This includes transfers to/from other institutions, transfers between investigators, or transfer between animal rooms.
If planning on receiving or sending any animal(s) to or from other institutions, you must submit information to the Facility Manager before arrangements can be made for shipment.
