The PPQ is essentially the 'cover sheet' for all grant applications. It must be submitted with all applications that go through Research Grants & Contracts. It is an internal document that is not submitted to the sponsor, but used to route your application within OHSU's system. If you have any problems or questions, please contact eRA Support.

All animal orders or transfers must be placed through our Animal Acquisitions Specialist. Investigators may not directly order or make delivery arrangements without DCM approval. This includes transfers to/from other institutions, transfers between investigators, or transfer between animal rooms.  


If planning on receiving or sending any animal(s) to or from other institutions, you must submit information to the Facility Manager before arrangements can be made for shipment.
