Family Involvement Network
Family Involvement Network (FIN) serves children with special health needs by promoting opportunities for families and professionals to learn, support, and nurture each other as equal partners.
FIN supports family-professional partnerships in medical practices. FIN also hires, trains, and supervises Family Liaisons, local family members of CYSHN who provide the family perspective on CCN teams. Family Liaisons support families of CYSHN, and inform the efforts of CCN teams.
