Nutrition for Life
Eating well is not meant to be intimidating or challenging. In this FREE nutrition class, you will learn lifestyle changes you
can make to improve your health and wellness. Each class will feature a new
recipe and cooking techniques that you can bring home and share with your
family. Expert guidance will help to grow healthy eating behaviors and the skills you need to feel
comfortable in the kitchen.
Bring your questions, an open mind, an apron (if you would like), and a willingness to learn!
To register, or for more information, please contact Amanda Bryant at 503-418-9731 or email@example.com
