Biography
Dr. Phillipi provides care for newborn babies in the newborn nursery and children of all ages in the outpatient general pediatrics clinic. She also cares for children who are hospitalized for acute illnesses on the general inpatient service. Carrie is married with four children who span almost 15 years. She enjoys trying to keep up with them.
