Biography
Dr. Nicolaidis received her medical degree from Columbia University in 1993 an dher master's in public health from the University of Washington in 1999. She completed her residency in internal medicine at OHSU and was a chief resident at OHSU from 1996 to 1997. She compelted her fellowship at the Robert Wood Johnson Clinical Scholars Program at the University of Washington. Nicolaidis was board certified in 1996 and recertified in 2006. She divides her time between research, teaching and clinical care. She heads a number of projects related to domestic violence and chronic illness in women, which are funded by the National Institute of Mental Health, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the Northwest Health Foundation. She sees patients in the hospital and the internal medicine chronic pain clinic.
