Biography
As director of OHSU's HIV research program, Dr. Korthuis is committed to improving the lives of persons living with HIV infection through comprehensive health care, research, and education. Dr. Korthuis received his medical degree from University of Health Sciences, Chicago Medical School in 1997 and his master's in public health in epidemiology from the University of California at Los Angeles in 2002. He is board certified in internal medicine.
