OHSU Hospital and Clinics laboratories are accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP), The Joint Commission, or other approved agencies. The laboratories also maintain current CLIA certification by Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). The laboratories are compliant with all applicable state and federal requirements.
