The OHSU Department of Pediatrics Education team is committed to providing the highest quality patient and family centered care. To this end, the Pediatric Education team oversees rich and diverse training and education opportunities for medical students, residents, and fellows. We provide an educational platform that enable trainees to become medical professionals who are self motivated and lifelong learners, caring and effective clinicians, committed educators, and dynamic researchers.
The Pediatric Education team is responsible for the oversight of all educational programs in the department including curriculum development, assessment of program effectiveness, and collaboration with educational leaders, both within and outside of the Department. In addition, the education team is a strong advocate for students, residents, and fellows.
