Our team offers state-of-the-art treatment for numerous venous disorders such as varicose veins, spider veins and chronic venous insufficiency. Our vein and aesthetic specialists enjoy working closely with patients throughout the entire process of consultation, implementing a well-thought-out treatment plan and providing long-term follow-up to ensure that patients are satisfied and their goals are met. We have multiple vein treatment techniques available to improve how your legs look and feel. We also offer aesthetic procedures, including Botox®, cosmetic fillers and chemical peels, to help reduce the signs of aging to help you look and feel your best. Our expert team strives to provide optimal outcomes with minimal downtime, while meeting our patients' individual needs and expectations.

Our Team of Board-Certified Providers

Pamela Burrows, RN, B.S.N. is a registered nurse at the Dotter Interventional Institute and is the Coordinator for Interventional Vein Specialists. Sclerotherapy and facial aesthetics are her areas of interest and expertise. She is readily available to answer any questions at Just Ask Pam or call (503) 568-4571.

John Kaufman, M.D., M.S.
is a board-certified Interventional Radiologist. He is the Director of the Dotter Interventional Institute and past-president of the Society of Interventional Radiology. His clinical interests include venous disease, vascular malformations and uterine fibroids.

Khashayar Farsad, M.D., Ph.D. is a board-certified Interventional Radiologist, who recently joined the staff at the Dotter Institute after receiving his training at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA.  He is the Director of Clinical Research at the Dotter Interventional Institute. His clinical interests include venous disease, vascular disorders and uterine fibroids.
