Health Care Equity Week
Save the dateHealth Care Equity Week will be held October 23-27, 2017. HCEW is a student-organized annual event which brings expert speakers on health equity to OHSU, and culminates in a free health care fair for those in need within the Portland community. The Health Care Equity Fair will be on Sunday, Oct. 29, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Save the dates on your calendar, and we hope to see you attend the lecture series and/or volunteer at the Health Fair!
12th Annual Hills for Humanity Run and Hike
Meanwhile, students, employees, faculty members and friends are invited to participate in the
2017 Hills for Humanity Run and Hike on Sunday,
Sept. 10, at 9 a.m. in support of Health Care Equity
Week. Enjoy a scenic 3.7
mile loop through the Marquam Hill trails while supporting HCEW. The $25 fee includes race registration, a t-shirt and light snacks and beverages.

What: Anyone with unmet medical needs can obtain free assistance at an upcoming event organized by health care students across the state. Hosted by Oregon Health & Science University, the annual Health Fair offers free medical screenings and much more.
