ABOUT ADOPTION HEALTH SERVICES

OUR STAFF

Dr. Meg Hayes is our adoption health services specialist who provides a complete range of medical and health services for you, and our family, before, during and after the many phases of the adoption process. She is a family pysician and the medical director of the OHSU Family Medicine Practice at Marquam Hill. She has visited orphanages in Azerbaijan and China, provided pre-adoption consultations, and expertise with diagnosing Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) and substance abuse.

SENDING ITEMS TO US

Please e-mail or telephone us prior to sending any materials so we can be prepared to expect your items and to make sure we are available when they arrive. We will provide you with detailed information and instructions on what to do once you have contacted us.

We prefer you emailing us your materials . . . BUT  . . . you can also fax or mail them to our office.  If you choose to mail or fax us your referral materials, it is always best to keep the information together. Packages are received and delivered in our building Monday - Friday only.

OUR LOCATION

We are located at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) in Portland, Oregon.  Our program is part of the OHSU Department of Family Medicine.

Our administrative offices are on the OHSU Marquam Hill campus in the hills of downtown southwest Portland. 

We provide clinical services at our OHSU Family Medicine South Waterfront Clinic in southwest Portland.
