Our program offers superb training in a wide range of scientific disciplines and laboratories, and also includes a structured exposure to Clinical and Translational Research through our NIH-funded Clinical Translational Science Award. In addition to four years of study in our MD Program, students may choose to pursue graduate level research training in a variety of fields including Molecular and Cellular Biosciences, Neuroscience, Behavioral Neuroscience, Medical Informatics and Clinical Epidemiology, and Quantitative Biosciences & Biomedical Engineering. Please see our Curriculum page for more information.
For people interested in applying to OHSU's MD/PhD program we have regularly scheduled information sessions. They're two hours long and occur on Wednesdays. The next one is September 10, at 11am. Please email Johanna Colgrove, MD/PhD Program coordinator to reserve a spot. Space is limited. These sessions include lots of time to ask questions, and attending the journal club.
