As a march wellness & fitness center member all group exercise classes are included with your membership. Classes are drop in, sign-up is not required. Our experienced and certified instructors encourage, teach and motivate members through a variety of class formats; from cardiovascular to strength to mind/body. There are many levels from beginner to advanced. Additionally, there is a separate category of classes for those with medical conditions or concerns such as diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, limited mobility and many others. Instructors strive to develop a supportive relationship with participants to help them achieve their personal goals at their own pace. If it is your first time experiencing a class format please feel free to let the instructor know and they will make sure you are comfortable.
The group exercise schedule changes seasonally. Classes and formats are adjusted based on member feedback, instructor availability and space. As a part of our effort to reduce paper waste and not distribute old schedules the group exercise schedule is not printed in mass quantities. The schedule is posted on the fitness floor and at each studio. In addition you may register for the group exercise e-mail distribution list which provides seasonal updates.
