As a March Wellness & Fitness Center Member all group exercise
classes are included with your membership. Classes are drop in, sign-up
is not required. Our experienced and certified instructors encourage,
teach and motivate members through a variety of class formats;from
cardiovascular to strength to mind/body.
Schedules are also posted on the fitness floors and in each studio.

There are many levels from beginner to advanced. Also, there is a separate category of classes for those with medical conditions or concerns such as diabetes, high blood pressure, arthritis, limited mobility and many others. Instructors strive to develop a supportive relationship with participants to help them achieve their personal goals at their own pace. If it is your first time experiencing a class format please feel free to let the instructor know and they will make sure you are comfortable.
