Login Instructions

OHSU Employees with employeed number and Network Account

1. Go to the Big Brain web site.
2. Click on the Big Brain logo.
3. Are you a first time or returning user?
4. 1. First time users:  Click the "Register" button, select the "Current OHSU Employee", enter Network username and password and click the "Register" button
   2. Returning users; Login using your Network username
4. From the login page enter username and password, click the "login" button.

OHSU Students with Student ID Number and Network Account Assigned

1. Go to the Big Brain web site.
   
2. Click on the Big Brain logo.
3. Are you a first time or returning user?
4. 1. First time users:  Click the "Register" button, select "Current OHSU Student", enter Network username and password, and click the "Register" button
   2. Returning users:  Login using your Network username.
      
4. From the login page enter username and password, click the "login" button.

OHSU Employees & Students with Employee/Student ID Number and/or Network Account Not Yet Assigned

1. Go to the Big Brain web site.
2. Click on the Big Brain logo.
3. Are you a student or employee?
4. 1. Returning users:  Login using the username and password you previously created.  Select"Forgot Passowrd" if you need your password hint.  Contact the OHSU Integrity Office (OIO) if you need to reset your password.
   2. First time users (Employees):  Click the "Register" button, select the "Current OHSU Employee- Employee ID and Network Account Not Assigned".  Fill in the registration form and click the :Register" button.
      
4. From the login page enter username and password, click the "login" button.
   

OHSU Employees & Students Without a Network Account

1. Go to the Big Brain web site.
2. Click on the Big Brain logo.
3. Are you a student or employee?
4. 1. First time users (Employees):  Click the "Register" button, select "Current OHSU Employee without Network Account".  Fill in the registration form and click the "Register" button.
   2. Returning users:  Login using the username and password you created.  Select "Forgot Password" to see your password hint.  Contact the OHSU Integrity Office (OIO) if you need to reset your password.
   3. First time users (Students):  click the "Register" button, select "Current OHSU Student without Network Account".  Fill in the registration from and click the "Register" button.
4. From the login page enter username and password, click the "login" button.
   

Volunteers, visitors, and other affiliates

1. Go to the Big Brain web site.
2. Click on the Big Brain logo.
3. Are you a first time or returning user?
4. 1. First time users:  click the "Register" button, select the correct OHSU affiliation listed under "Others".  Complete the registration form and click the "Register" button.
   2. Returning users:  Login using the username and password previously created.  Select "Forgot Password" to see your password hint.  Contact OHSU Integrity Office (OIO) to reset your password.
4. From the login page enter username and password, click the "login" button.

TAKING a COURSE

1. After logging in to Big Brain you will arrive at the My Courses section
2. Select the course you desire
3. Click the register button to register for the course
4. Click on the course to launch the web-based training
5. At the completion you will be able to print or e-mail documentation of completion

VIEWING YOUR RECORDS

You can view all courses and their status from the My Courses page.  Completion certificates are also available from the My Courses page.
