Protocol and Events Team

OHSU Protocol and Special Events designs, develops, and manages events that promote advocacy and support for the University. Our key role is to create and maintain the university standards and protocols. We support our clients through events both off and on the main campus.

Our support varies from full management of an event, which includes the design, production and management of the event, to giving advice about the program during an event, to simply providing collateral materials or support for check-in. We are a staff of three full time event planners experienced in a wide range of specialties such as conference, large scale and VIP events.

We sub-contract with the top vendors in the state to provide all amenities including catering, lighting, staging, A/V needs and entertainment. At the office of Protocol and Special Events, we take great pride in the exceptional and diverse work that is done at OHSU. Our office is a client service department which provides a centralized standard of excellence, quality and protocol. We love what we do!
