OHSU Department of Pharmacy Services proudly offers two ASHP accredited Residency Programs. A total of six positions are available, with four positions being offered for practitioners interested in completing a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency and one specialty residency position in PGY2 Pharmacy Informatics. We are currently recruiting one resident for an emerging one-year PGY2 Pharmacy Management Residency. Our programs are highlighted annually at the ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting during the Residency Showcase.
